Today I am the proud owner of Kir Royal Café tucked away in our enchanting capital city, Valletta. A small outlet focusing on quality and quintessential service.

My days at ITS, thanks to the lecturers, used to empower me to work on being innovative and take on challenges which are crucial for such career. I strongly believe that if it were not for ITS I would not be where I am today. It’s definitely a must for future students that want to succeed in this industry.

The lecturers were great and very approachable mentors with interesting backgrounds and expertise. I also studied at the University of Lincoln and interned at a renowned hotel abroad. This was a stepping stone for me. After a few successful interviews, I decided to make my way to one of the world’s leading hospitality cities, Dubai.

Having always been intrigued by Malta's history, the arts and media, it was natural for me to enrol for the Tourist Guiding programme.
A career as a guide connects me to many different cultures and characters that positively affect my daily life.
