Property Department

The Property team is responsible for the upkeep

Located in the outskirts of Luqa, only 1km away from Malta International Airport, the Institute of Tourism Studies is spread over an area of four blocks. The premises entail a wide variety of classrooms, kitchens, restaurants, and administrative offices.

Social areas

The building is also surrounded by large greenery areas which make the environment more pleasant and refreshing. Students have a green area where they can relax, have lunch as well as catch a bit of sun while they are studying.

Parking facilities

Outside car parking facilities are available for staff and students free of charge. Visitors may also make use of these parking facilities at no charge.

A limited number of car parking spaces for disabled students and visitors are also available.

Rental of premises

Facilities may also be rented depending on availability. These include:

• fully equipped kitchens;
• classrooms which are all set with devices to conduct lectures such as IT Equipment, projectors and flipcharts; and
• a Hall spread over an area of 150 m2 that can host activities such as private functions, conferences and social activities. The facilities also come hand in hand with a large car park that simplifies and facilitates the access for both students and customers visiting the campus
