The Institute of Tourism studies has an Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC), located in Block A Room 111. The IQAC is all about ensuring a positive learning experience to achieve your desired goals at ITS.

If you have a complaint, a comment or a suggestion you can email us on quality@its.edu.mt or gino.schiavone@its.edu.mt

How Can you contribute to Quality?
  1. First by taking part in the Students Council elections either as a prospective member or by voting for members.
  2. Fill in the questionnaires on time about the modules you study after each semester. You will receive the questionnaire online to give your feedback on the modules you have studied.
  3. Write an email to IQAC should you feel that you are not satisfied with any aspect of your learning or environment.

Remember, as a student you are part of the Quality by observing the rules and regulations. The students' council is also your voice for Quality, and it meets with the IQAC once monthly.

Moreover, the student council members have student representatives on two very important boards- the Board of Studies and the Programme Quality Validation Board. In this manner, the students are represented in decision making of Programmes and Modules at ITS.
