The Registrar’s Department is made up of two major sections, the Registrar’s Office and the Scheduling Office. This department handles all data concerning students from application stage till graduation stage and is responsible for various important processes that include results, timetables, attendances, statistics, certification, diploma supplements, transcripts, blockcerts, and so on.

The Registrar’s Office can be contacted for queries or assistance on results, application forms, revision of papers, internal applications for progression through courses, part time course applications, requests for transcripts or certificate replacements. To contact the Registrar’s Office please email registrar@its.edu.mt.

The Scheduling Office can be contacted for issues related to timetables, room allocation, examination timetables, module assessment patterns and blockcerts. Official external agencies may also contact the scheduling office for information on statistical data. To contact the scheduling office please email scheduling@its.edu.mt.

For course fees and payment details can be found on their respective courses, if they are not available please ontact the Registrar’s Office on registrar@its.edu.mt.
