The Registrar’s Department is made up of two major sections, the Registrar’s Office and the Scheduling Office. This department handles all data concerning students from application stage till graduation stage and is responsible for various important processes that include results, timetables, attendances, statistics, certification, diploma supplements, transcripts, blockcerts, and so on.
The Registrar’s Office can be contacted for queries or assistance on results, application forms, revision of papers, internal applications for progression through courses, part time course applications, requests for transcripts or certificate replacements. The Scheduling Office can be contacted for issues related to timetables, room allocation, examination timetables, module assessment patterns and blockcerts.
