What is Erasmus?
Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
Who is eligible for Erasmus?
Students who are currently in their 2nd year of Degree in International Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts.
How can I apply?
The call for application with all the details together with the application form will be published on a yearly basis in October/November following an information session held around the same time.
The application will be submitted to the Erasmus Department by the stipulated deadline written on the application.
What are the required documents prior the
mobility?

Application form together with the call for application which will be distributed via email.

The Learning Agreement which showcases the modules and the credits that the student will achieve during their study mobility period. The Learning Agreement has to be signed by the student, a representative
from the institution and ITS CEO.

The Grant Agreement which gives a clear picture of how many funds the students will be receiving. The Grant Agreement has to be signed by the student and ITS CEO.

The financial identification sheet where the students writes his/her bank account number for a direct transfer of the funds.

The OLS which is an online language system where students learn basic language of the host country to feel more comfortable to communicate in that particular language.
Who calculates the Erasmus funds?
The Erasmus funding are automatically calculated by a programme by the European Commission called the mobility tool. The funding is calculated according to the standard of living of the host country and the distance
from the home country to the host country.
The funds are divided into two parts. Prior mobility and after the students submit the above-mentioned documents, he/she will receive the first 80%. After successful completion of the entire semester as agreed upon
and the submission of the documents which will be mentioned below, the student will receive the remaining 20%.

70% if he/she apply for a level 4 Diploma mobility. After successful completion of the entire semester as agreed upon and the submission of the documents which will be mentioned below, the staff will receive the
remaining 20% or 30% depending which application he/she hand in.
